So, the skill merchant in Ascalon City (Post-Searing) is supposed to sell me skills. Well, he doesn't have any for sale! I'm a N/W level 11, and I don't know why he won't sell me anything! G'AH!

As far as I know, the skills merchant in ascalon city (post-searing) sells the skills that you wouldn't have got had you not done the skill quests.

he won't sell skills you already have

He only sells the skills you might have missed in Pre-searing. The closest skill trainer to AC is in the Grendich Courthouse. He'll have something different (maybe)..
